Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Returns Eligibility

As many items are made to order, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is faulty
  • You received the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:

  • Made-to-order or custom items
  • Art prints (unless damaged in transit)
  • Sale or discounted items

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement where possible.

Exchanges for change of mind are not available.


Shipping & Packaging Issues

We take great care in packaging orders, but occasionally damage can occur in transit.

If this happens, please contact us before disposing of any packaging, as courier claims may require photographic evidence.
