We take pride in the quality of our work. Because many items are made to order or custom-produced specifically for you, our return policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of our products.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items — unless they arrive damaged or defective
Digital downloads, once accessed
Sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@shelbisouth.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

For non-custom items, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@shelbisouth.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days.
