Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping using a variety of tracked services. Please check both your inbox and spam folders for order confirmations and tracking information. Please kindly review the estimated shipping times below before reaching out.

1. Production & Processing Times

Because every print is made to order:

  • Prints: 2–5 working days production time
  • Framed prints (if applicable): 5–10 working days
  • Peak periods (Christmas, holidays): Processing times may be slightly longer

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin after production is complete.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Tracked: 1–3 working days

Europe

  • Tracked Delivery: 3–7 working days

USA & Rest of World

  • Tracked Delivery: 5–10 working days

Actual times can vary depending on customs, local postal services, and seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Prints are shipped in robust packaging (tubes or flat-packed) to ensure safe arrival.

4. Packaging

Sustainable, plastic-free packaging wherever possible.
Depending on size, items may arrive:

  • Flat-packed in reinforced envelopes
  • Rolled in durable tubes
  • Framed prints packaged securely with corner protection (if applicable)

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs charges.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot predict or control these charges
  • Please check your country’s import rules before ordering

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Old addresses saved in your customer account

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Email hello@shelbisouth.com with your order number
  2. We will open a tracking investigation with our printers and the courier

Decisions regarding replacements are made case-by-case once the investigation concludes.

8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

You must email hello@shelbisouth.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

9. Separate Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on size, product type, or production speed.
