Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally using tracked services. Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email (please also check your spam folder).

Every print is made to order. Please allow:

• Prints: 2–5 working days

• Framed prints (where available): 5–10 working days

• Peak periods (Christmas, bank holidays): slightly longer

You’ll receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

• UK — Standard Tracked: 1–3 working days

• Europe — Tracked: 3–7 working days

• USA & Rest of World — Tracked: 5–10 working days

Times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or seasonal demand.

We use sustainable, plastic-free packaging wherever possible. Depending on size, your order will arrive either flat-packed in a reinforced envelope or rolled in a protective tube. Framed prints include corner protection.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to addresses entered incorrectly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, email hello@shelbisouth.com with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with our print partner and courier. Replacements are assessed once the investigation concludes.

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@shelbisouth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item, and a photo of the packaging. A replacement will be arranged at no charge.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on size, product type, or production schedules.
