Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued promptly. You will receive an order confirmation by email — please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any change will not affect an order already placed and confirmed.
Made-to-Order Products
Many products on this site are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for production and dispatch timeframes.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and accept this condition.
